I grew up an athlete, where I played Collegiate Women's Basketball in the Bay Area. I received my Master's at University of San Francisco in Sport Management. Currently, I reside in Dana Point, CA where I am lucky enough to live my passion daily! I specialize in Strength Training + Macro Coaching! Helping individuals achieve their best selves through health and fitness is one of the most rewarding experiences, and I can't wait to be apart of your fitness journey! ✦ TIFF (Specializing in Mobility + Strength Training) Hello, Tiffany here! From Northern California and now living in Newport Beach. I grew up skiing and love all outdoor sports and have 9 years in the fitness industry. I trained + competed in my 1st NPC Fitness Bikini Competition in 2013, one of the most challenging things I've accomplished. I'm a Certified Personal Trainer specializing in corrective movement and strength training. I spent 5 years as head trainer and manager at F45 Training and learned how to coach many different people. I'm now a Personal Training in OC and love that I get to help my clients with their physical and mental fitness.
